New luxury holiday residence in Courchevel 1850

MGM Constructeur is making a splash in Courchevel 1850 and giving to the resort a new lease of life with the construction of a prestigious holiday residence. This development will feature charming and elegant traditional architecture and apartments combining comfort and quality of life with a swimming pool and well-being centre.
The construction scheme will include the creation of new leaseback apartments and a new aparthotel with 20 suites.
The new residence named Le Padisha will be located just 200 yards from the tree-lined slopes of Courchevel 1850.
Scheduled for completion in December, 2009, the residence comprises 42 one-, two- three- and four-bedroom apartments. Off-plan prices currently range from EUR 1.1m (GBP 880,000) to EU 3.1m (GBP 2.5m).
